holly crap thats your boat... If that boat sat in the show room at eliminator i think Ive actually gotten in it, I was pretty amazed by it. John Harrah actually built my boat too but never used it only had 2 hours when i got it, except mine cost about a 1/3 of what yours cost lol

Yeah, try convincing a wife that pretty much just tolerates boating that it makes sense to drop this kind of coin on a toy that is typically only used 3-4 mos/year where we live.

I think I am going to call the boat "Angered Spouse"

I bought her a pair of ear rings in the Atlanta airport on the way home last night, after I had made arrangements to keep the boat in Fla this upcoming winter to extend my season....

Thought the ear rings might soften the blow. Good news...they did. Phew!

Thanks Shue. Believe it or not, you played a part in this. It was after you posted the pix of Bob's Red & Orange Coupe that he took up to Canada (which is right across Lake Ontario from me) up on this forum that I called McMillan (my Elim dealer and said "Heh, Mark if you happen to run across a good deal on one of these Coupe's, let me know."

Famous last words...

The rest was history. "They had me at Hello" after seeing the pics.

That was a great post! It sounds like you had a wonderful experience. Desert Storm will be a great time for you. Get into group 2 or 3 and just cruise the day away. Congrats!

Great write up and congrats on the purchase. Now this is not the "Colledgewood" boat, but one that looks like it right?
