Well that's encouraging I guess. Hopefully they weren't removed from production because of any kind of design flaw I hope.
I've heard good and bad, so I was just wondering what the sentiment was over here.
Thanks for the insight.

Hi, New to offshore only.
I have an Edge 234 1992. It cuts the chop better than any v-bottom i've been in but not as well as my friends Daytona 25. We run on Lake Shasta in Ca. 18 to 24" wind chop isn't uncommon.
It has a bowtie block bored to 4.50 that makes it 508.93 inch. cast # 10051107 with Ross flat top pistons. Stock GM Hi-perf Iron head square port #14096188 116 cc that makes it 8.5:1 compression ratio. A cam that I don't have any info on other than it isn't roller but is plenty lumpy at idle. roller rockers. 850 double Holly, MSD, EMI Thunder exhaust.
Bravo one 1.36 ratio. 22 pitch 4 blade.
The boat runs low fuel and one person at 82 mph GPS at 700' elevation @ 5550 rpms. A Very stable, fast, good looking boat imo. Thanks.. AWL INN~

It's a great boat today just as it was 20 years ago. It blends the best of both worlds, a cat and a v-hull. I have had one for years and it is one of my favorite boats. Great swim platform/step that takes you right down to the water. Handles better than a cat, but packs air at high speed like any tunnel hull. Mine has a modified 454 that is dependable all day long and will run a little over 80mph. It also has 2 thirty pound bottles of nitrous under the back seat that provides a thrill ride like no big boat I have been in. Top her out and hit the button and it jumps up on a cushion of air and takes the f off. Top speed is a product of how big your you know what’s are and how long you can hold down the button without getting scared. I love the EDGE.
