Default Tab size for Daytona 33'

My boat I purchased has a fixed tab on it and I want to change to regular tab similar to the Billet ones offered by Dana Marine. I am trying to decide on the large tunnel tab that would be mounted higher working off the two side tunnels or the smaller one which would be mounted lower on the center sponsen? I have seen boats setup both ways, but would like some real answers from anyone that is using either of them.

Looking for effects on plane and top speed?

Was that your previous ride? What type of power did it have? Looking for some help on dialing in mine and looks like that boat is very similar!

The MT1550 will fit in between the two tunnels on the center sponson. From our involvement on these tabs, alot of the determining factors on choosing a tab are what type of drives and X-dimensions the boat has. The MT1550 works well when the boat is set up for it. You'd have to get specific details from either John or Tony at Eliminator.

We've had more than one customer purchase the MT4800 to replace an MT1550 or MT1800 on these applications.

Going with wither the MT4000 or the MT4800 will guarantee results.

I am very curious with the drive setup? Where you running -1 or -2 lowers? How did the drives hold up with that HP? any additonal information would be great. trying not to re-invent the wheel.

Just purchased mine so if I went after another mine would be for sale cheap when my wife divorces me!
