Secret Agent Man – Thanks for posting the pictures, looks great! Mine is the 26’ Daytona and thanks for the compliment. We are pretty proud of how our first boat turned out. My wife thinks I’m sick because I keep talking about how I can make the next one even better. Oh well

Weather at the lake has been in the 90’s and the water temp is rising fast. I even jumped in last weekend - and jumped out quickly too. I’m guessing by the time you get here the water will be at least mid 70’s or higher. There are two months that are typically the very best at Havasu, May and October. Temps and weather are always nice, summer months can get beastly hot, especially if your not use to it. Bob Leach is no fool, he picked the perfect time of the year - you’re going to love it.

I have been talking to the guy at Jokers Wild who is putting the Regatta together for Eliminator. He sent me the schedule of events for another Regatta he is doing and told me Eliminators will be similar. I just need to figure out how to post it.

Catitude, why did you have to bring back those bad memories about that damn trailer. We went to pick up the boat and they had it on the "wrong" trailer. New trailer looks much better. 6-8 inches between fender and boat. Catch a glimpse on the other picture of me and my kids and you will see the difference, much better.

Enticer, thanks for the offer of cash for the hatch actuator, "But Officer", if you would like to place a donation in the offering plate, we would be much abliged. At the time of picture, there was no motor, no power.

UT, the heat is on...temperatures in the high 90's. Am working my butt off accommodating everyone else with air condition problems.

Haven't had time to work on boat, work comes first, dammit 2-inch shortie isn't here either, not helping, stress level HIGH. Guess I'll have to run old reliable for Havasu. Can't wait for the trip, why don't you pm me a message and we can exchange phone numbers to discuss trip. Will check back ASAP when I get a break from the heat.
