Cracks in stringer.

Just looked at a 24 footer and it is in OKAY shape, power and drive rebuilt.
The thing that concerns me is that there are cracks where the stringers in the engine bay meet the laterally mounted stringer near the bulkhead.. where they make a T perpendicular angle.
There are also cracks where the lateral bulkhead stringer meets the hull right in the corners where it comes to a triangle.
Otherwise the boat seems reasonably solid.
Wondering how bad this is and how commmon?
