Default 24 Excalibur deck removal

Just bought a 24 Excalibur cockpit needs a lot of work going to lift the deck off anyone have any tips?

Deck and hull should be glassed together. When I did the floor in the Avanti (very similiar boat) I cut the back seat out , then cut out the floor, replaced it and then glassed the back seat back in. I can post piks in the morning when I get off work

Have the rub rail off and can slide a putty knife in between the deck and hull, be great to see your pictures.

the joint should be glassed on the inside.

Here is what I have for picks when I did the floor..

Tulsa, OK. I bought it a few weeks ago in OKC. Need to research how to post pics.

The hull and deck don't HAVE to be separated on mine.. LOL
