Hey Matt we are having a fun run here at Cedar Creek 5/20/17. Like to see the old (new) tub. Also we are planning to be at Texoma 6/10.

I worked on the bottom some and cleaned up all the knicks and scratches top and bottom. I'm anxious to see what it will do. If it will turn a 30P prop at 5400 with the same slip I have now, it will be capable of running faster than what I would consider safe...

Also sitting on my spare trailer with a new full cover!
Did you repower this year?

I actually just got a chance to run it this morning. Working on breaking the new power in but it is obvious that it's going to run well.

Sucks to have lost this threads pictures. I finally got the break in oil out, gave everything a once over and made some hard passes. I'm up to 86-87 at 5400. Running very flat and more stable in choppy water. We didn't dyno the 540, but I'm guessing it's making 650ish. The most fun part is the acceleration from 55-75. It pulls really hard through there. Thanks for following the build.

looks / sounds good, maybe some cup in the prop may get the nose up a tad.

Thanks guys. The slip % is really good for an old flat bottom. I am hoping I can find 3-4 MPH in props, sanding the lower and taking a close look at the bottom below the lowest chines.
