Default Fiberglass repair

My old boat is a 21' Eagle by Seebold.I replaced the floor about 9 years ago and sold it to a friend of mine.We just noticed the floor is delaminating and the stringers feel rotted.Boat is in good condition and runs good.Does any one do these kind of repairs in the northern NJ area? And about what kind of money are we talking, just not sure if it is worth repairing or not.

Thanks Nordic95
