Default very small blisters?

on a fresh water boat kept in the water how bad are a few small spots with very very small blisters?

nothing cracked, nothing big, hard to see unless you look for them very hard. how serios is it??

only way to fix them is to rip it down and re gel it correct?

my buddy is looking at a 90's boat but i noticed the blisters and told him it wasnt a cheep fix. should he walk away or try to get a deal on the boat?

i guess it comes down to price.

I was in Bradenton last month, my parents place in in holmes beach.

ps. i visit them once a year do to work, so im only ther last week in april or first week in may. and its only for 5 days. some times owning the company sucks. lol

yea, it was up there, i was hoping to meet up with some oso guys, but no one replied.
i own a HVAC company here in MASS, if things where good, id consider it, but work sucks, i havent even started putting my race car together yet, as im taking half a paycheck and making no profit and need to be sure i have my kitty incase things go bad.
not much fun going on here. sucks.
