how to determine the X-dimension?
Hi guys I started to replace the transom on my 30 scarab. The boat was converted to a single before I bought it and I am going to return it back to twin Bravo 1's. I have a rough idea where the cut outs used to be but I don't trust anything that the previous owner did to this boat. I was hoping that someone on here could help me? I am also considering raising the X and I need some advice or pro's and con's in doing so. Any ideas would be a big help.

Your going to replace the stringers in the engine room? I Have a Bravo Install Manual somewhere that splains how/where to measure, I'll have to dig it up.

I do have to install a new stringer in the center because it was cut out but the others are in great shape. I did some grinding today and could see that the drives have been cut in two different locations and out side stringers have two bolt locations someone has raised it before
