I have the same problem ......my boat is painted and the stains are rust colored. I have tried a lot of products with no luck. Any idea if the gel gloss would work on paint ?

The Ultimate in hull cleaning!!!!
I have family that work for a distributer of product by the name of NuHull. I was given a gallon of this product to try after helping a friend that had stubborn stains on his boat do to the BP spill in south louisiana. This stuff works!!! I have friends that have charter services and they love it! Takes the shrimp guts, rust, and fuel stains up! Look at the product notes though, its not best on all surfaces!!! Here is the direct web site address: www.nuhull.com. I think you can order on line. Hope this helps!

A majority of the products on the market I have found do remove the waxes that are applied over the gel goat. A good practice to preform, is to apply a wax after applying a deep cleaner. To save on the elbow grease I apply a "cheater wax"or spray on wax such as Lucas Slick Mist to name one of the many on the market. I do preform a seasonal deep wax in the fall to rejuvenate, remove oxidation, and provide UV protection. Like the spray on waxes NuHull requires little effort and saves time after a long poker run in the lake. The boat season is long in south louisiana, want my boat to be clean but dont want to bust out the buffer ever time I go out! So this process works great for me. Hope this helps! NOLAperformance

I got some of the star-brite black streak and stain remover and tried it, worked like a charm, I went over it with some of the lucas slick mist afterwards, thanks for the info, I will look into the nuhull stuff though.
