Next the old wire are pulled for new rigging - it's a mess.

All the wire were set up to run to the throttle mans seat in the back of the f-16 canopy, so they are to short to run up front now. Best to pull new wire instead of trying to extend them.

I forgot to cut the hole for the fuse panel.. one thing to remember is ALWAYS wet out any and all exposed wood with resin after cutting holes.

I was reminded that in a canopy boat teathers (Kills) are not needed. So I moved the ignition keys to that area. This worked great as I would have had to buy 2 new pig-tails if I put the keys were I originally wanted..

I just cut a nice square piece of aluminum..

*Safety time: NEVER WEAR GLOVES WHILE DRILLING.

The bit broke and slide across the part and the broke small part in the drill snagged my glove and drove the broken drill bit threw my finger

2TR,

The metal (I-beam) brace behind the buckets is what type of material?.......been looking for a replacement to the bulk wall
behind my bench seat.......ouch on the finger!

It's a pretty light weight aluminum, maybe 15lbs total.
