Default Rubbing compound

What is the best rubbing compound and pads to use for oxidated gelcoat?

Is Mequiars 91 very good?

Presta ultra cutting cream with a white wool pad, followed by a good polish and then collonite fleetwax has given me the best results. I’ve tried many products.

Where to start really depends on how oxidized it is.
You are probably going to want to start with an aggressive cutting compound and wool pad and then go to medium cutting compound and then a fine cut swirl remover.
