Default hp 500 valve spring part #S

anybody know the part #s for the hp 500 valve springs i think they are made by crane my motors are 97 roller style -480 hours never been apart i hear so much about the valve springs i think its time to chane em any help would be greatly appreaciated

Run a search in the Q&A section. There have been many disussions on this. I ordered Comp parts for mine.

Comp 929's will work.

At near 500 hours, you should be thinking
about new lifters too.

Two years ago, I installed new springs
in a pair of 96' Hp 500's that had 400 hrs on them
.......a year later, a lifter broke, wiping out the cam.

Tore the other engine down, and it
had a lifter ready to fail.

The lifters are a crane p/n 13532-16
