I've have 1 disc removed and 1 disc ruptured and still am running my 272SR-1.
I just can't sit and ride, I have to stand and absorb the shocks with my legs.
If this is a new occurance then give it time to heal.
Approx 18-24 months for me before I could function "normal"
In the waiting period I would just pudder around at slow speeds till I got "brave enough" to put more throttle.
I'm now 5 years past surgery and 2 years past rupture and I'm looking at BA!!s to the walls on flat water.
I guess my point is don't give-up too soon.....unless you are using this to sell your boat with the idea of getting a "bigger boat"
If the better half says
"Why do you want to buy a bigger boat?"
just answer
"Well you keep buying BIGGER dresses!"
Just be sure you are not within arms reach when you say it
