There is Oasis, the old Gecko's Restaurant and night club. The Pilot House used to have a restaurant until the hurricane flooded it 2 years ago. That is where I keep my 400ss. There is Tim's 1 & 2 which is good for crabs and Tiki bar. There is also a place called Gilligan's which has a good band there on Memorial Day Weekend.
Where are you located at and what model boat do you have?

I've got a 292 that I keep at Ft Belvoir in Alexandria. Belvoir is on drouge creek which is fine other than being a bit shallow at low tide...they're dredging this fall.
We do most of our boating between Old Town and Quantico, time on the water is better than time towing to the water. Especially these days when a day on the water a week is pretty stellar.
Do you have Lat/Longs for the restaurants? I'm geeking out with the GPS. Never know when we'll feel the need after a good day on the water.
