Default Black Dash

anyone have any luck getting the black dash to look any better, buffing or some sort of spray, its faded in a couple of areas. I want to thank the genius personally that thought anything black on a boat was going to last... LOL

thanks PJ

Uh, yeah, I've had the same thoughts. How about those guys out there with the all red gelcote boats. Red deck, red hull, fades off to real nice pink in about two seasons. Great showroom "glitz appeal" but a zero in the practicality department.

I'm planning on "padding" mine and finishing with white vinyl--maybe yellow--or even Ultraleather--the knockoff ultraleatehr from Majic

Nothing will bring the worst parts of my black dash on 1986 SR357 and I could have paid for the job twice with all the "miracle" chemiclas I've bought.

WOW ... 107 m.p.h. at only 1400 r.p.m. I wonder how fast that thing is at W.O.T.!

I used 303 on an old boat and it came out well, but a little shiny.
