Neil - Torn between too many things to do for fun and not enough time? Only have 12 hours on the boat this year.

Hiking, bike rides, parties, festivals....other Vermont summer activities........also remodelling the new house in the woods that I will want to spend time at ..........might be a short time boatless, we'll see........................
