When did you decide on a PC? Not that there's any issue with that, just that you've been looking for go-fasters all this time. Wifey finally get to you?

Third Bird,
After sitting around for 4 1/2 months out of work I had time to think about what really makes sense for my next boat. I also sold my 5th wheel camper last fall so going to a PC is like having a camper on the water. I still want to find a boat with decent power to go 45-50 mph, how often do you really wind up to full throttle anyway. Actually when I told the wife about this idea she about fell on the floor and thought I must be sick.

The right time/right place used 500EFI 38' that I would be looking for wouldn't really get me that different an experience.
The boat I've got is turn-key, mint, loaded, reasonably fuel efficient, and has 3 seasons of warranty left...
not to mention the days of 4.5% money are loooong gone.
other than a light detail...I'm ready to go boatin'!
