This was posted on another forum. I am looking to move up and out of our 312. If it's currently available I may need to come visit you!!!

yup ... pretty much it .... we looked at 353's in Miami last weekend ...if you want to buy new ... I dont think it can gert much better .... Seems Robert has a few 312's but some might be 05's need to check with him ....m
