Default Formula Trailer Question

Hey you Formula guys...I'm currently selling a triple axle Eagle trailer on ebay from under a 1996 303. My question is will a 1989 Formula 29' PC cruiser have the same deadrise?

Sometimes a trailer can be shimmed, but it is hit or miss and the spacing of the bunks is also a problem. A custom trailer is just that, custom for one hull only.

I had a local welding shop relocate and re-angle the uprights on a used Eagle once. Then I cut and carpeted new bunks. It was inexpensive to modify and turned out great! The final fit to the boat was excellent.

In my deal it was a swap from one performance boatof similar size to another, but all the hieghts were wrong, as well as the strake placement...so they all had to be moved and hieght changed.

It's a bit of dicking around...but the savings can be significant if you can buy the trailer right.
