But in the ad the seller claims "This boat has never sustained any prior damage and has no present damage."

I don't understand why there is so much BS when it comes to selling things. Sooner or later, you'll wind up with egg on your face! , so tell it straight!

The same crap happened on my 382 deal. Less than 50 hours with receipts on a pair of HP500's...yeah right! The only receipts I got out of the seller was all the receipts for all the other repairs done to the boat including new lifters and valve adjustments!
