my blower switch finally went bad, what have you guys replaced your dash swithes with? l want to change them all

I have a similar-appearing lighted toggle switch I bought for my 311 laying around somewhere. If I can find it, I will post a photo and send it if you want it.

thanks for the offer I found one at the local shop, real similar. To use the factory screw in connections I had to drill out the prongs on the new one but I like the idea of the connections being screwed in
