Default Changing my 302 to outboards

I have a guy that wants to buy my new blower motors. I was thinking about selling them to him and then putting the drives, transmisions up for sale and changing over to outboards. I would be going with 2 300x's or maybe the new motors that they have on the way. What you guys think?

Jon

I remember there was one for sale in NJ few years ago so I know it was tried but don't know how successful it was.

Boomer: I remember that boat and that is the boat that got me thinking. The boat stock weights a little over 7,000 pounds. I am taking out almost 1000 pounds in all the modifications that I am doing. If I was to take out the big blocks, transmisions, drives and so on I would drop another almost 2000 pounds. The new motors would add about 1000 pounds so I would have an end weight of around 5000 pounds.

How is the rest of the boat coming along any new updates? If you but those outboards on a nice bracket, this boat may move right along

Come on Jon you can do it
