Yep , Like Masi said. The previous owner of mine put 21/2 clam shell moulding below the couches.
Then cut and finished two pieces of plywood to lay in there. Got big piece of foam upholstered to fit in between. Makes a nice place to :D :D :D oh yeah sleep ;) ;) .
I also have a full enclosure and a CruiseAir unit for the hatch if necessary

We have done it in my friends 311 every weekend for the last 8 yrs!! usually 4-6 on the boat, looks like a people bomb went off!! I have had 3-6 on my 24 footer also,we like to party and stay where we are,a little safer that way!
The most on a 311 was 11 people in RAIN!! sucked with the cockpit cover on!!

The wife and I overnight about 5-6 times each summer on the 233LS. It's comfy and a larger boat would be a bigger hassle to trailer, service, dock, load/unload, maintain, etc.

We're not real big but any more peole and it would be more then comfy...

You'll be in good shape for a great night.

Set anchor well, consider the power draw of your anchor light and prepare for damp conditions in the morning before dozing off.

(Hopefully it went well.)
