Let's see who knows their history. Many years ago John Adams,Formula's long time designer,formed a new company to build yachts,with Porter family involvement,but a separate company. I think maybe only a couple of boats were built when the the new Federal luxury tax killed the new venture. What was the name of the new boat? No prizes,this is a cheap contest

You can't Google it cause this was a long time ago
The luxury tax was 1990,10% tax on any boat over 100K.Sunk a lot of dealers and builders. We were lucky,back then the boats we sold were way under that.
