Hmmmmm, I wonder who that boat dealer could be?
What ever happened to the term,,equal rights? And the terms are vague at best. I would think that the only way to enforce anything such as this would be by lake size, boat size.
Obviously you can't put a 50ft houseboat in a retention pond.
