normal, I've had 5 of the electric shift.
There are ways to minimize the effect if your shifting on the fly.

You mean to tell me that you don't have a "Moron to screw it up just so you can fix it right the second time yourself Guy" ? You should call Axa, he's got a guy for everything. He must have a "Moron ...... Guy", and his "Guys" do everything for cheap. He can hook you up and maybe even get it screwed up for free.
