Credit to all....I always know I can come back for a laugh or two!

As for the truck, yes 2wd. 4.10 gears and a Dana 80 Posi. No problems with the other truck on any ramp, even though I only use one 1-3 times a year.

Thanks for the comments!

And credit to 5PM for the SS dually comment!

Rip,

Being 6'5"ish riding around in the white Saturn you must look like a Shriner on his mini-bike. Sorta like puttin yurself in a fountain cockpit...... On another note did ya get rid of the $4 red mudflaps on the Chevy? As far as Axa spinnin' at the ramp, that's not an issue since he almost exclusively uses his travel lift guy

yes, I am cutting my own $4 flaps (okay $22) out of the same 24x30" poly semi-truck pieces in black as we speak. You cannot buy anything that adequately protects with big rolling stock, you have to make them. I'm all about protection!

Little concern for you as you still have that school-boy rubber under yours.

Refered to at HBW as the "BFM", and operated by his buddy Cooter, the "Engine Plucker Guy". He only launches once per year with the truck, all the engine haul/launch work is done by his guy Cooter with the "BFM" or the "BFFL".

[QUOTE=Rippem;1995755 I'm all about protection! [/QUOTE]

As well you should be. These days a good protection package is important........... or is that good package protection is important?

And why would you pay $22 for those $4 flamin' red mud flaps?

I'm beginning to consider that this guy needs more "guys" than any guy I've ever known.

Maybe he should look into a package protection package.
