While I agree with the headroom issue on the Formulas, the speed won't match the 35 Donzi. When at the last boat show I couldn't even sit up in their 35 without tucking my head to one side. Donzis cabins are even lower than Formulas.

you better like running that Donzi cause overnighting in the shallow, sparse, with only 2 rear hatches cabin ought be a real comfortable time. 
I suppose if your both 5'6" or less you could even get laid in there.
