Rip,
Do you recall the fuel line size? I'm an hour away from the boat and want to pick up some more fuel line and clamps.

I wanna say 3/8 from the primary water seperator(s) that's back under the floor/backseat behind the tank, but don't want to steer you wrong.

I'm not sure what the flow limitations are of the flowscan units - The largest gas flow sensor I have seen is 45 gph, maybe that is all it will record accurately - you might want to look down the barrel to see if you have a true 3/8" bore. Some of these sensors will create .5 to 1 lbs restirction. from experience a loaded 525 WFO will burn 44-45 gph. If you have bigger you will need more pressure to compensate

Let us know what your specs are, drive and prop and fuel burn

Re: Fuel lines 382

Flo-Scan makes 100 GPH sensors for consumer use, and much larger capacity sensors for the aircraft industry.

I wouldn't question the product too much, it's aircraft quality stuff. They are out of Seattle. What huge industry is right outside of Seattle?
Any idea why planes of many desciptions both civilian and military don't run out of fuel in the air?
It's not because they use the fuel gauges we have in our boats!

I believe he has the 50 GPH sensors.

I called Darrell at Formula and he said to get the 1" Adel's. (That's why I wanted the hose size..Guess I could have asked you for the Adel size) Picked up the adels today and will reroute this weekend. Just need to get some more fuel line and I should have everything I need. Thanks for the routing advice. (they are 50gph)
