Now that would be cool... This was mentioned in the the 382 Fastech article in the latest Hot Boat mag. They would probably go with staggered 1075's:cool: Hate to see that $$:eek:

How about the pic of the 382 on page 47 (yes, it took me a while to realize there is a boat in the picture:drink: ). It almost looks like the pic is stretched, like the boat is extra long and narrow. Maybe just an illusion...

Always thought a 419 with twin #6 drives and 1000 hp would be the cats a$$ in an offshore boat.

A local guy tried to buy/build a staggered 419 back in 2000. Formula wouldn't consider it. He asked them to sell him one without power/drives and a closed transom but otherwise complete and they wouldn't consider that either!!! If it's going to be done someone is going to have to start with a triple and do alot of work!!!
