Now that would be cool... This was mentioned in the the 382 Fastech article in the latest Hot Boat mag. They would probably go with staggered 1075's

How about the pic of the 382 on page 47 (yes, it took me a while to realize there is a boat in the picture
). It almost looks like the pic is stretched, like the boat is extra long and narrow. Maybe just an illusion...

A local guy tried to buy/build a staggered 419 back in 2000. Formula wouldn't consider it. He asked them to sell him one without power/drives and a closed transom but otherwise complete and they wouldn't consider that either!!! If it's going to be done someone is going to have to start with a triple and do alot of work!!!
