Offer it for sale as is and/or with the option of stock power. (assuming you have the original hardware laying around) Built hardware costs a fortune to repair and a potential buyer is factoring these repair costs when buying used. A boat can have all stock hardware that is totally worn out yet for some reason that package is more appealing to the masses.

and BTW: used "hi-perf" stuff being sold sep is a little more appealing as it can be installed in whatever the buyer already has.....but I still won't buy used unless it's 1/2 of buying that item new.

Either way the boat will not sell for more than the $115K to $120K range. If you take off everything then it is worth some where between 105K and 110K. Then of course you have to sell the parts seperatly for pennies on the dollar. My advice would be to sell as is and put it for sale at $125K and see if there are any bites. If not lower to $115K.

Charlie, Very nice boat...but $190k...you have better odds on the lottery. try somewhere around $100k and it will sell.
