Lots of great info guys!

What is a reasonable mark-up for a dealer to get?

Is 15% enough in this market?

I know they want 20% plus if possible. Let's face it, they don't move the number of units a car dealer does and they can't survive at 10-15% on every deal. My opinion (not that it's worth much) is that if your in the 15% range you've beat the guy all you can and at that price can't expect him to jump through hoops for you. If you let him make a little more then I'm willing to bet the service after the sale reflects your treatment of him before the sale.

Hydro,
Where are you located? $180K seems pretty reasonable.

Hope I'm not too late. Contact Walker's Marine in Fort Myers. They have a 2006 with 496's and 20 hours on it. Believe they are asking $175K for it. One catch - has a pink and purple paint job as I recall. But hey, check it out and good luck!

yes, it's "Barbados" gold #1 I believe.

when I saw pictures it was filthy, cockpit, floor, ect. and sitting outside in the yard in that Fla. sun also. No hyd. steering as I remember either?

I know where there's an '06 Sport like it with Latham, only test hours (low) and kept undercover for less $ I'll bet on a clean deal.
