Replaceing Carpet in Galley
Where do you get a gray carpet simular to original? I have researched Formulas supplier and they only sell to Formula. Carpet specially made for Formula. $6.00/squ. ft. This is for 93' 357.

When I re-did our Hustler, I pulled up the old (just glued down) and took it to a carpet store. Matched a reminent, used the old carpet as a template and it was done very quickly. Since it is out from the elements, any high quality carpet will work.

If you want some super heavy 40oz. mildew- proof, rubber backed marine cut pile carpet, go to www.bassboatcarpets.com. It's expensive but very high quality. I recarpeted my cabin and also made a template of the cockpit sole out of craft paper. Sent it to them and they cut the carpet and bound the edges. Its so heavy and with the rubber backing it doesn't even need snaps.
