This is the raw material (Acrylic sheets) that I started with. I started by makeing the counter top. Used a table saw to cut the material (just like wood) and used the router to form a bullnose on the end. After cutting/routing the edge, then I wet sand the edge with 400,600,800 paper. Then buffed it to a gloss shine.

Here I am showing the gig I make up to use the router to cut the radius of the counter top. This is the black acrylic that gets sandwiched in between.

This is the counter top taken shape and I have reasebled the cabinet on the floor. I use the template to build the top cabinet.

Here I am forming the laminet around the radius. It takes alot of heat (heat gun) and time to form this around.

I forgot to point out in this picture that I cut an access door to allow easier installation of the A/C unit from in the bathroom.

This is the way it is today. I still have to get the doors made and headliner in. I also need to get the vinyl put on the valance above th cabinet. You can also kind of see the new carpet. I forgot to take picture of carpet after I install it.
