Unhappy Formula Parts

What is the deal with getting parts from a Formula dealer!?!? I'm on my third dealer now, which was reccomended by Formula, trying to get replacement parts. I have part numbers from Formula, but I can't seem to get anybody to help me. I give people all my info (part numbers, qty., mailing address, CC number etc,) and I'm still no closer than I was when I started.

Frustrated...

I had the same problem. I just order something through Magicfloat(pm him), he's on OSO. No problem, parts are on their way with a fast response.

Thanks, I will next time. Ivancic finally came through, except for a part that Formula says is out of stock.
