Default 1974 Formula

Acquired an older 20 ft Formula SGN40271M74 my question is it also had a sticker across the stern that read Signa...any significance to the name ?

Yes,one of Vic Porter's earlier brands. Not exactly a Formula, a brand all it's own. Still a few around.

Default 74 Formula

When I post pictures on the boat you will see it had the Thunderbird symbol on both sides, the deck. and a small metal one on the rear seat.It has a Ford 225 Hp v8 and a Alpha Drive and looks identical to the sales sheet that Formula sent to me on the Formula 200 which was built through 1980. I also checked the registation # and they don't match up with the one above.. it reads TNR40271M74I vs. SGN on the original title and a K vs. I for the last letter. What was the difference between the Signa and Formula. ? Bud
