That sounds great, except I've got to drive to da u.p. for my sons football game, this weekend. Maybe I can sneek in my test run on Sunday afternoon.

Just my opinion. I have owned many, many trailers. I would go with the 2 axle trailer. Your boat only weighs 7000-8000 lbs. With 2-6000 lbs axles, it still gives you 2000 lbs free weight. Also, when traveling down the road, you aren't scrubbing all those tires. Thinking down the road, you will only have to replace 4 tires instead of 6. I see guys always over powering, too large of trailer, too big of everything, and not being able to use these things. Just my opinion!!!!!

Yeah, beautiful day yesterday, but couldn't get a hold of my salesman, ( who always available by cell phone) to set up a ride. Seems that he wasn't at work and his cell phone mail box was full. So much for service after the sale.

Final decision was made, trailer will be black, with red striping. I was a little concerned about the red on the trailer matching the red on the boat, (ok, it was really my wifes concern) and black goes with everything.

I don't know... I love my tri-axle! I was towing this weekend bringing the boat home to winterize and it reminded me again just how nice it tows. Straight and true with absolutely no sway at any speed (75mph is common...). This is by far the best towing rig I have ever had. Of course, JMHO!!

FRMULTR, black will look great under your 292! We went through the same concern regarding color matching the pin striping. We worked with Prestige and they sent samples to pick through.

Let me guess, Tim is your sales guy!?!?! He seems to come and go as he please.

We stopped in two weeks ago (during our last ride of the season) with my brother and sister-inlaw who are boat shopping. We climbed over the boats for at least 45-minutes and no one came around to offer assistance.

The black trailer will look great under your boat.
