Like some info. on the best speed on a 353 Fastech. (2001)
With 500's ?? with 525's?? with 575's??/

My friends 2002 with 500EFI's and Stelling ext boxes runs 82-84. Without boxes 353's with 500's run 80-81.

Buddy has a 98 with 509's and prochargers, IMCO boxes and Extreme 2" shorty drives, best so far of 97 on gps.

353 seems to be best bang for the buck as far as fas-techs go.

Gotta be Lake Effect!! :D

I got 88.2 with warmed over HP500's (about 630hp).

2006 353 w/496HO's......best speed , last week...77mph,5000rpm...40degrees air temp. Boat Looooooves cold air !!:evilb::drink:

I'd love to see a new 353 without all the bling. Fiberglass fairing , Gaffrig Monsters , billet , etc. That is a great design.
