Default Formula what a great company

I bought a used 223LS this spring and have run it all year and called Formula for some questions on the boat, well yesterday I go out in the mail and find a Christmas card from formula and a boating 101 book! What a classy company that still cares about its customers even if we bought used.

I spoke to Daryl Johnson in Formula TAG about a custom milled starboard piece for my 382 on Wednesday afternoon. He said he would see if the guys on the line could get it done for me before the holiday shut-down. It was sitting on my doorstep yesterday when I got home from work. It doen't get any better than that.

Thanks Daryl and Robert!

What are you doing to that thing NOW? Geez - You'd think that there was a customization contest going on....

Yes, they do a good job of keeping their owners 'in the loop' regardless if you bought new or used. I bought a used 1991 242SS and they send me stuff all the time.

I get a full set of brochures, a DVD every year. It's a marketing thing, as they want me to buy a new one someday

I replaced my rear seat bulkhead with the new design made of starboard. The bolts on my old one pulled through. I was going to recarpet and re-secure it, but found out they no longer use the carpeting.

Same thing on the bottom of the seat bench. No more carpet to hold water.

Nice job on your 382 updates!
