This would seem like a reasonable account of the deal, though from my vantage point I couldn't see Gail in the back seat. I knew I should have offered her a seat in the Biotch, would have had a real smooooooth ride in the slop and could have taken advantage of the rear view vantage point.

Axa's pretty quite these days. Where are you Axa????? We know you're lurking.

After that, I don't recall seeing the biotch in front of me except while heading back in front of Potter's Beach at 35mph.
After that, the 2 birds were flying with NO Fountain in sight?
That's what I recall? As for the ride, she's comfortable in the smoooooth ride of our far superior built Formula!

Get the boots out boyz....As I recall it, you went blowing by me (as I was cruising at 45mph) on the way to the Wolfe Island cut.

Bobs account sounded rather impartial to me.............................................
The rip up beyond Clayton has nothing to do with you. That's a very special patch of water to me.
Would the Mrs. be up to a ride to Sacketts for lunch on saturday if Bird were to meet us there? Weather is to be super next few days. How about 5P and Kitty?

nawww...just between the trailer upgrade, keeping the Corolla going (I love that beater car and the 30+MPG but it's been a PITA lately), some tractor issues, and some sizeable projects around the ranch itself,
it's been a light boating season.
A lttle more into "home ownership" than 'boat ownership' this year.
The crappy weather has made for less interest in the boat but by the same token, has made me very productive on some other fronts.
I'm a one man band, this place is pretty damm big, and what isn't "new" is "old"...so there's always work to do, and aside from the norm, this is an upgrade year.
I hire very little done, I pretty much do it all myself regardless of what it is, and/or exchange talents/trades with friends. Time consuming, even working the real job only 24 hrs a week this summer (I had an immense amount of vacation time built up), there aren't enough days in the week...
just mowing the lawn takes two hours on a good size machine, with all the rain...well you get the idea.
I'm tearing the one small building down, prepping to paint the 40'x60', and completely re-doing the 30x50' to a two stall garage facade with all new OH doors/windows/siding...
and you can't do this stuff in November!
It's about priorities, and I have some others right now that are more long-term in the nature of the return.
and the return is going to be very good.

Ended up taking a ride to the mouth of the lake Saturday, (rollers, rollers, and more rollers, to his credit AXA was good and didn't toss the little woman around too much) Ended up in Cape Vincent for lunch at Captain Jacks, excellent food. Sunday was Bloody Mary's and a cruise on Rockstars 38 sundancer rippin' at 34.1 mph. Had ragged in his 35 and a 38 express cruiser jumping our wake, very cool. Unfortunately the photographer didn't quite capture the moment.
