the weekend was hell on (stretcher) wheels. by the time I got home from the hospital sun. morning after a couple 12 hour nights, I was crushed, and Staci had to work sun. night so...it was a "day of rest" for me.

now tues. wed...SPECTACULAR!

we was boatin' nekked tuesday when Mark and Wendy pulled alongside on the j-skis down in front of oak island.

he turned away as I reached for my board shorts... I said "don't be shy, my naked azz is nothing you haven't seen before!"

he laughed and said "that's true" no doubt remembering all the drunken wilding and boat-camping weekends we did as couples back in the day...

I agreed on all points!! Some days it's rough in the playpen with the kids, but I'm sure they will behave this weekend. They had better!!

Are you and Julie coming up? We need a Bird and Mrs. Bird fix!

Looking like we will. Weather is looking better for Saturday. Jeff is coming for sure. Don't know if Mike and Laurie will be along, they planned on it but don't want to hang in the rain.

I still need to get the First Mate's buy-in on going. Know for sure by 5pm or so.

While picking up the boat Tuesday I can vouch for the fact that Rip's boat was NOT in it's slip. Ironically as I was collecting bumpers Mark and Wendy pulled in on the jetskis complaining about the need for massive beers to erase the image of seeing Rip naked. (might even have been a little puke on the side of the jetskis)

Ya know, for all the yappin' Axa and Ragged do, ya think they'd take 5 miniutes to post some of the most excellent pics from the last couple weekends. On that note , what do I need to do to get DVDs from Dave and Sam. Need to get a high res pic to blow up and replace the Donzi pic in the living room. And the videos are all i got till next year. Thanks to Gail and Sam in advance for all the excellent photography.

I'm not in charge of the photo/video department, but I'm sure you are on the list for a disc. Samantha is busy this week with SLU events but she will get to them eventually. You'll have to negotiate terms with her but after she factors in my fuel cost chasing you Flockers all over He!!s half acre to get them it ain't going to be cheap.

I know how you feel though, never see any good shots of us and the Biotch. Guess I'll just have to put Samantha on a dock somewhere and make our own.
