Actually, I'd kill to have a 40x60 to put my toys. Covenants in the hood won't let that happen. And to my mechanical aptitude, I've built and torn more chit apart in my life than you ever will. I'm just in a position now to have others do it for me.

Got me, only cartoon I really follow is this one here. Even Samantha, the trivia queen, is stumped. Elmer Fudd? Porky Pig? Must be one of those down on the farm characters to be connected to the Barn biz.

Now that you have made it in life you should reward yourself. You too should have a barn, or two. For a dollar down and a 20 year flip deal, you could have yourself not only a big boy toy box, but big cash returns as well. You could then use all the cash to hire on your own barn boy to freshly mint out all your toy chit. Think about it, your golf balls would always look better than new.
