At the base next to drive, actually the cut back section that goes inside the lower. At the end, opposite obviously. All with a dial indicator with prop mounted and torqued to 55 ft lbs.

Nothing to do with prop slip chatter. Just trying to science out some things, there must be some kind of between "here and there" number for this.

Prop shaft run out is not an issue here, was checked as well and is about half of the Merc allowable spec. I do understand where you are going here, the total would be inclusive of both making it hard to determine what was what, Right?

news flash, boat is done will be picking it up on friday.If anyone needs something done to there boat let me know.He even throw in an extra large bottle of vaseline with every repair job.:picard1::waffen093:
