Just remember Quiet Hours begin at 11:00 PM!
I hear there is an internal memo circulating @ HBW to modify and make that inclusive of demonstration of excessive Blingerizing past that hour as well. If it's not enacted by the 4th I can always wear my sunglasses. So long as you don't put them on that head of yours and get them all out of shape on me again.

Sorry, I will not be able to make it to The Boathouse for the patriotic festival of speed, bling, and bourbon tasting.
Looking forward to coming up in August for the poker run.
Thanks go out to Ragged who inquired about a slip for me, will have to wait till August to help balance the battle of the brands.
This is probably for the best. "Quiet Time" would definitely be over if Twins and I had an stereo sound-off, after debating whose underwater LED's were brighter.

oh, how I do miss the fun and games!
miss all those weekdays on the River and at the beach just a little more though
negotiating that second kid friendly-big cockpit-hose down day boat.
After all the time we've spent out in the Lake with Matts '95 GW 225 Tourney Dual Console, I want a GW in that size boat, built like a tank! EXCELLENT ride quality!
a Grady Seafarer 228 WA cuddy outboard (in a well, Matt's is on a bracket and it works excellent, wish this one was...) with good mechanicals, needs cosmetics (just what I was looking for) and a LoadRite Galv tandem trailer (needs tires).
Doc I used to work with lost interest in it a couple years ago. Grass growing around it in his backyard 2 yr old wrap on...
CHEAP is where we at. Just looking at what I want to spend to bring it back.
They are safe, dry, soft rider with big cockpit and small basically berth only cabin with head under (3 females)...
Other than that-
60% of the inside of the house is done, upstairs and two big front rooms done, down bath done, 2 more of the 5 BR's to do downstairs, the gameroom, the big farmhouse kitchen will be last (and expensive relative to the rest)
Those that have been by will get the following:
That post and beam 32x50 barn turned into a functional 3+ garage with a 12' x 8' Buildmark STS door (nice door), loaded belt drive opener, new windows, electrical throughout, and has been sided. Now exteriorly 100% maintenence-free
120 tons of asphalt going down Monday- 3" finished, narrowest 10' wide, realigned both sides of the circle, 20' wide at the shoulder and otherwise HUGE, 20' wide back to the building, 10' x 40' parking lane to the left of the "garage", bigger circle radius ect.
I start painting the big building late next week or the week after (2400 sq. ft., 2 coats)
Landscaping
+ all the usual day-to-day required to keep after a big place alone.
That new Gravely ZeroTurn saving me some time though! Can't believe I went so long without one!
Did a FULL resto on the Sunstar. Looks damn new and I've had it 16 years. Now retired to bull-work and back-up.
They both have 60" decks so I can mow alot of lawn fairly quickly!
353 might not even get wet this year...
I'll be back in it soon though.
Just thought I'd post as I don't check in to your circle often and some of us go back a long ways...
couldn't justify shopping for a cottage until the home front was minty...
Have fun gentelmen!

Hey Rip, nice to hear from you! I've been kind of tied up with domestic chores also. Nothing on your scale though. Sounds like you're enjoying the ranch.
Lately, I haven't been so excited about boating. It's alarming!! But, maybe it's the stupid-high gas prices, maybe it's that I've been boating since I was about eight. Either way, just don't have the urge I used to. We'll see how it goes. Maybe it's low T, probably ought to get some of that stuff on the commercial!!!
Later Dude.
