I was wearing my work-place authorized (and procured :D) mechanics gloves for safety. Hand injuries from sharp objects are one of the highest frequency injuries incurred in industry.

From what I hear, from a friend in the hardwood biz, a good Cherry log would be worth more than a normal big block these days. You gotta respect a man that's good at what he does. :cool:
