I was told by Mercury Racing rep Ron S. to also keep Bravo I 28P 4 blade props on boat and do not transition to Maximus.

Julie at Throttle up can help tune the prop to plane easier. I would not even try a Maximus wuth these motors. I tried on with My 496 in my Fountain and the 496 did not have the torque to turn it properly. I took off the labbed 28 and ran stock 26's yesterday. Still a bit of bow rise, but my guess is it has to be better then the labbed 28's.
