Default 400 SS rocks

This thing is great. Got to love the 525's, I went out in the big blue on sunday with 10 people aboard and it went 55 with no problem. ( the water was pretty flat )

The only problem i had was the water pump quit. ( where the heck is it located?)

That's awesome! I'd love to own that boat someday. That hull is capable of more speed too! There was a magazine test somewhere where they put superchargers on, swapped drives for Bravo 1's, and got around 70mph! That would be my dream - a nice cruiser that could hold a ton of people and still hit 70! 55 still isn't too shabby

Call me... I lost a few water pumps, i will fill you in. PM me on performanceboats.com

The pump is located on top of the water tank. The water tank is under the floor, so step into the bilge and squat down so you are facing the portside motor. Do a 180 and you will see the pump on top of the water tank.

Nice Dan! ...and nice pad too, I know that block, I have a buddy Carlos Camargo lives a couple houses down from you, he called to tell me about this guy who moved in down the street with killer Cig rig and matching truck and wondered if I knew you... small world !

Best of luck on the water pump.

That boat was on the LOTO and was owned by PRO-CHARGER. They bought it from us and used it to set-up the kit you can buy from them for 400SS. They tried the boat with both B-3 and B-1 drives.

If its the same one that ran in the Shootout (not too many Pro-Charged 40SS's), I think it ran just over 70

I think its a great boat but the bravo 3's are too light. The pkg to have is the 525/NXT's. Its not quite available yet but for retrofittin it will be indestructible..my 2c

If you are putting NXT`s on it, don`t stop at 525`s lets see some serious hp 600`s or maybe 700`s NOW that would be a package!..........
